DCOTA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Program Goals:
To develop professional relationships between future, new, and experienced occupational therapists in the DC area
To provide a platform for career and educational development
Application Requirements:
Mentors must have at least 5 years of experience.
Mentors and mentees must be DCOTA members.
Program Overview:

Mentoring partnerships notified by TBA
Mentoring partnerships will have their first meeting to develop goals and objectives by TBA
Mentoring partnerships will check in weekly/monthly to reflect on progress of goals
Mentoring partnerships will send their monthly logs to info@mydcota.org to track progress
Mentoring partnerships will use THIS FORM to form goals and track progress
It is suggested that those mentoring students will check in with the university before the semester starts, before midterms and before finals.
Program concludes June 2020.
Mentors will receive PDU credits through NBCOT
